Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026. The short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you.
What we collect
When you fill out the estimate form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the address or city of the job, and your answers about the work. We also receive your IP address, which we use only to block spam.
Event safety check and giveaway
If you take our Home Electrical Safety Check at an event, we keep your answers, your result, the contact details you enter, the services you checked, and whether you entered the giveaway or asked for a consultation. We use them to follow up with you and to run the giveaway. On that page we also count anonymous steps, such as how many people started or finished the check, using a random code that stays in your browser tab. No cookies and no third-party tracking.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your request and to do the work you hire us for. We don’t sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Your form is delivered to our business email through our email provider, Resend, and the site runs on Cloudflare. Both process the message only to deliver it. This site does not use cookies or tracking scripts.
